About

Nicole has exhibited in America, Australia, China, England, Poland and Belgium.

She completed an MA in Fine Art (Central Saint Martins, London), was shortlisted for the Clifford Chance Sculpture Award and Saatchi Sensations award on graduation. This year she has had a solo show in New York (Rick Wester Fine Art), was included in a group show in London (Fiumano Clase) and is exhibiting at Kroll NY(as part of an ArtCan group exhibition). This year she was also a panellist on ‘Women and Art – Female Shape of Activism’ with London Art Fair.

A book about her practice ‘The Law of Unplanned Consequence’ was published in 2014, her work has been included in various books/catalogues (most recently ‘Once upon a time, and Now! By Studio 3 Gallery 2020, alongside artists such as Nancy Spero and Mary Kelly). Her practice is primarily concerned with unpicking social constructs that seem unhelpful.

She has various works in the Ramsey collection and has been commissioned to develop work for Harriet Verney (Editor of LOVE Magazine). Collectors of her work include a director at the Wolfsonian (Miami), a key YBA (and a couple of politicians..).
